 Stanley's Store & Freight Buildings

A grain store was built in 1893 by Robert Johnson then sold to Mr. Stanley in 1907.  The grain business was bought by William Waddell in 1922 and the store by Len Williams in 1923.  Both businesses burned on 1/26/30.
Waddell rebuilt the grain business in 1930 and the buildings are the ones we see today.  This was operated until 1965 then sold to John Berry in 1972 for a boat business.  In 1988 it was bought by the Scenic Outlook Company.  It is currently used for an art and pottery studio.
