AD Cabin on the D&H Mainline The Adirondack Branch splits off the D&H mainline at what's called AD Cabin in Saratoga Springs. Here is a view of the beginning of the branch from near Bloomfield Road looking northeast on 11/29/08. The cabins came about due to the introduction of CTC and AD was short for Adirondack.
