Industrial Siding on Walworth Street This site was sold to G.N. Montanye & Son in 1900 who started a coal and wood business here and had a siding put in. At this time, they just had a small office building on Cherry Street. In 1904, it was sold to The Saratoga Coal Co. which owned it until about 1950. There were several different buildings on the site over the years that are now gone and the remaining one is from some time between 1900 and 1926.
